Essential oils are on sale from Nature’s Alchemy! You can find some great deals(20% off) on page 53 of the Jan/Feb sales flyer. These are a fraction of what my local health food store offers them for!!! I always keep the home well stocked with Lavender (Item EO069), Peppermint (EO075), and Tea Tree Oil (Item EO078). We use Lavender by adding a few drops to a spray bottle of water and spraying through the home to eliminate any odors or cleaning surfaces. Peppermint is used often when headaches or when other pain is an issue. Tea Tree oil has been used for years in our home, for wounds. I even use it as a cleaning product adding a few drops to my washer machine on those heavy “boy” loads I quite often find myself doing.

Apples are a favorite in our home! Fuji apples (Item QP222 ) are one of our top favorites! I’ll share a tip that we do here in our home. We purchase the juice apples. They are typically much less expensive and they are smaller in size, perfect for little eaters! They have the same great taste as box of apples. This has been incredibly helpful in our house where I have children who can’t eat a whole apple at one time.
Carrots (Item QP120) are perfect this time of year for juicing as well as eating. I’ve never found a better price for this good of a carrot. I buy the number two”s and save a little bit of money that way.
Golden Organic Beets (Item QP087) are a great food that can satisfy your hunger and your sweet tooth! Full of fiber, low calorie and zero trans fat make these garden treasures worth having in the home!
